That depends on you and what you are looking to accomplish. Most people start on a part-time basis and eventually go full-time. We have some part- time people earning $1,000 - $5,000 per month and some of our full-time people earning $10,000 - $20,0000 per month or more.

I would recommend allowing yourself 3 - 6 months to get a good working knowledge of this business so that you do not make costly mistakes that could put you out of business before you get it started.

This allow us and you to have access to various resources including funding for your real estate projects, real estate agents, real estate attorneys, title companies and many other resources to help you close deals.

Absolutely! Have you ever heard of any successful business that was started absolutely free without any expenses? How much will depend on your experience level and what you are looking to accomplish. Keep in mind that with any business there will always be recurring costs to operate as well as marketing and training. We believe in constantly educating yourself. The day you stop learning is the day you stop earning.
